Limitless specializes in the production and prototyping of stainless steel and aluminum alloy machined components.

Just as in a fine restaurant kitchen, each machine in our machinery is chosen to ensure that each detail is produced efficiently and with top-notch quality.

The Matsuura MAM72-3vs is a top-class milling machine designed to work autonomously for up to 72 hours in a row. As far as we know, there are fewer than one hand’s fingers worth of these machines in Estonia.

In addition to the five axes, the machine features a magazine capable of holding 240 tools and a 40-position automatic pallet changer. The Japanese have also equipped the machine with highly precise glass scales for accurate measurement.

Therefore, it doesn’t matter how complex the part is or how large the batch size: Matsuura provides us with fast and precise manufacturing capability.

This machine is the youngest member of our machinery, and as usual, the young ones are faster than the older ones. In fact, the i-Cut is designed to produce physically small parts, primarily from soft materials.

The machine has a small overall mass and high axis movement speeds. Additionally, it features an extremely fast servo-driven tool changer (armless type servo ATC), resulting in short cycle times.

So, as mentioned, Hyundai gives us the capability for mass production of small components.

The machine’s rigidity enables cutting harder materials and larger chips. The spacious work table allows for various fixtures and machining of substantial workpieces.
