Alan started with Limitless four years ago, alone and with just one machine, and the production facility at the time was a Soviet-era garage.
Now, in Limitless’ modern production facility, there are four milling machines operated by a team of specialists.
This rapid growth has been possible solely because our priority has always been to use smart and cost-effective solutions in the production process. Starting with simple things like self-centering chucks and ending with digital measuring devices.
Secondly: we take responsibility!
Collaboration is like any other long-term relationship where problems occasionally arise.
We don’t play the blame game; instead, we focus on finding solutions and taking responsibility for any issues that arise.
If the problems were caused by us, we have the courage to admit it and take responsibility for it.
Thirdly: we have a team of enthusiasts!
This may sound like a cliché, but we genuinely seek only those individuals at Limitless whose eyes light up in the CNC world.
We don’t want people to work just for the sake of it; we want them to truly enjoy what they do. Thanks to this approach, we have a pleasant atmosphere at work, and it also influences the quality of our work.
Fourthly: we are small!
Yes, we agree that a group can go further, and an individual can go faster, but we believe the truth lies somewhere in between.

We are big enough, yet just the right size to operate swiftly and flexibly, and our customers appreciate that.
Fifthly: we produce in Estonia!
Our entire country is like one startup company.
You can order dog food to your apartment door by starship robots and make a house purchase at the notary’s without even leaving your bed.
What I want to say is that Estonia has an excellent business environment. Which is paperless and fast.
In addition Estonians are naturally hardworking people- we are Nordic’s after all.
